Does nkhgroup.com.pk offer custom stitching service?

Yes with all the unstitch products we offer customized stitching. Stitching charges are mentioned with each product. Our stitching is as per the catalog image however you can have modification such as having full sleeves, trouser instead of churidaar and etc. You may mention complete stitching details and your size once filling out our measurement form. We ensure all your instructions are strictly followed. Link to our measurement form is emailed once an order is placed.

If you are having problem giving out your measurements then don’t worry we can stitch your outfits using a standard size that is Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large!

Stitching time depends on the number of outfits you order and a tentative completion time is communicated while you are placing an order.

Where can I submit my measurements at nkhgroup.com.pk?

We email our customers a link to our measurement form once an order is placed. We have a very detailed measurement form with a measurements video guide to help our customers submit measurements the correct way!

Is everything original at nkhgroup.com.pk?

At NKH store all of the items that are being stocked are brand certified items and are 100% original. We are one of the very few online retails who does not stock or promote replicas in any way.

How Many outlets does nkhgroup.com.pk have ? What are the shop timings?

Our Stores are located at Clifton, Vincy Mall, Karachi. We have stores in Karachi only.

Our Store Timings are as follows

Monday to Thursday: 12 AM to 9.15 PM

Our Online operations start at 10 AM and conclude by 7 pm from Monday to Saturday.

How to create an Account at nkhgroup.com.pk?

You can create an account by clicking on Your Account tab at our home page. While creating an account, you will be asked for your address, phone number other relevant details. We ensure NKH Store only uses that information for delivery and contact purpose. You may also order without creating an order by using guess checkout option.

What are the payment options at nkhgroup.com.pk?

We now have 5 payment options for our local and international customer which are as follows:

Money Transfer: this includes Western Union, Express Money, Xoom Transfer and RIA. This option is for our international customers only as money transfers do not work locally. A reliable and fast way of making the payment. The normal transaction time for this payment is from 1 to 5 working days (barred exceptions)

Pay by Credit card, Debit card or Paypal through Bank Alfalah Gateway:This is our most secure, reliable and fastest way of making the payment. Hassle free and secured through SSL certificates. There is no additional charge for using this payment method. If you are ordering in other currency except US Dollars the amount is converted in US Dollars as that is the default currency. You may change the currency again when making payment at 2CO payment page. This option is available for both our local and international customers.

Important Note: Currency conversion done at 2CO website while making the payment is not control by us and currency rates might differ with what’s mentioned at our website. Any conversion charges that may add to the order are complete borne by the customer. We suggest always make the payment in US Dollars to save from extra conversion charges that may be added by our payment merchant 2CO

Bank Wire/Bank deposit:Another option of making the payment is through depositing the amount in our bank account. This option is preferred for our local customersonly as international bank transfer may take up to 8 to 12 working days.

5. Cash On Delivery (within Pakistan):For our customers all over Pakistan we offer Cash on delivery service. Order at our website and pay at delivery. Delivery time is between 1 to 4 working days. This method is only available for shipments in Pakistan. We offer COD service for all cities of Pakistan*

I live abroad and want to get my order delivered in Pakistan, Is it possible?

Yes it is, you can make your payment internationally via Western Union, Express Money, Xoom Transfer, RIA, Credit card, Debit card, OR by ALFALAH Payment Gateway. All you need to do is enter your local shipment address at our check out page and proceed towards placing your order.

What is the exchange policy at nkhgroup.com.pk?

At NKH Store we have a very accommodating exchange policy and customers are welcome to exchange the products if they are not satisfied with the product they have received. However certain conditions are applicable:

Unwashed, unworn, wrong or defective items may be exchanged within the same brand (depending upon the stock availability) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any product which is ‘Stitched’ for the customer will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.

Similarly, any unstitched product purchased from NKH GROUP will not be open for any claims or exchanges if the customer has already got it stitched.

Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. NKH GROUP will be responsible for shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.

NKH GROUP will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. NKH GROUP is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing. Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.

Product add-ons (matching trousers/duppatta) are not eligible for exchange.

NKH GROUP has full rights to update the Exchange policy without any prior notice.

Are Custom charges applicable?

Customer charges are mostly applied in countries like Bangladesh, India and UK at times.

In an effort to avoid customs in UK, we send the parcel in two if the order is of 11 or more products.

We take measures to limit custom charges in orders that we deliver. However this is no guarantee as custom is charged by countries’ local custom authorities so we or our courier partners do not have any control over it.

Does nkhgroup.com.pk deliver internationally?

We have partnered with different couriers companies and ship all around the globe and locally both. For shipments outside Pakistan we use Skynet, FEDEX, DPEX and DHL for delivering. Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on which country the order is being shipped.

You don’t have to pay any delivery charges later on once you have paid to us. However in some countries (mostly Bangladesh, India and UK) the local custom authorities might charge duty on parcels. We or our courier partners have no say over it.

You can also get the order picked from our store as well. All you need to do is to tell your order number when you visit and the order will be handed over to you all very smoothly. For this we have Pickup from store option at delivery section of our website
